What’s Your Story? Laura Olinger

Laura Olinger was one of the initial employees hired at with the Ohio University Dining Halls in 1998. In the beginning, the Dining Hall positions were done on a trial basis. However, with great work and persistence, all the employees hired by OU were kept and most are still working today, just like Laura.

Laura has been a great leader in her position. She rarely misses work and takes pride in doing her job well. Laura has handled the transitions made while each dining hall has had renovations completed with great confidence and has been a shining example to other employees.

Laura lives in The Plains and likes to travel with her family when she is not working.
