What’s Your Story? Brian McCulloch
Brian McCulloch is not your average 30 year old. Brian was born with Cerebral Palsy but does not let his diagnoses slow him down. He is a graduate of Beacon school and has been attending ATCO for several years. At ATCO, Brian enjoys participating in book club, Zumba, project talk, and pet therapy. He works with the medical students that come in to ATCO to help them learn how to better assist people with developmental disabilities. Brian is an active member of the community choir and partakes annually in Special Olympics. Although one of his best qualities is his willingness to help others, he also plans silly tricks on the ATCO staff quiet often. Brian adores pepperoni pizza, his 3 siblings and the color red. He deeply values his family and friends and enjoys learning about history. He is able to put anyone in a better mood by flashing his bright smile when he enters a room. Brian is an incredible human being who just happens to have cerebral palsy. Brian does not allow this to control his life happiness, which is what makes him an incredible person.
