Disaster Prepared Training for Individuals with Disabilities in Athens
On Saturday February 20, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at The Ohio University Innovation Center.
**This event is intended for Individuals with disabilities and their caregivers rather than a train the trainer**
This training will provide insight into local hazards and how people living with disabilities can best prepare for them. Training will be filled with awareness and discussions on the best ways to get prepared for any kind of disaster. Topics include: Exploring best practices; Dispelling myths; Local procedures; Create your own toolkit!
