Inclusion is the Main Event!

The ACBDD’s annual Developmental Disability Awareness Fest is back! This year we’re celebrating community, connection, and belonging with a carnival twist!

The theme “Inclusion is the Main Event” reminds us that everyone deserves to be seen, respected, and included – at school, at work, and in our community.

Organizations are invited to table and bring the fun by hosting a carnival-style game or activity at your booth. Activities can be simple and interactive (ring toss, prize wheel, bean bag toss, etc.) and should be welcoming for participants of all ages and abilities.

Come for the fun, stay for the message – inclusion is the main event! The Athens County Community Singers will start the event with a performance.
